2023 NCDOT Preconstruction Workshop

We are excited to continue our support of the 2023 North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Preconstruction Workshop with our sponsorship.

This workshop brings together individuals who work on NCDOT construction projects. NCDOT will share information about the department and their plans for project delivery. Attendees can attend breakout sessions to learn more about challenges facing today’s transportation projects and see examples from current and recent projects.

This year, GeoDecisions – our geographic information systems (GIS)/geospatial, data management, and technology division – will co-present four sessions with NCDOT. These sessions will highlight how we use GIS, data, and technology to improve operational efficiencies, including:

  • Right-of-Way (ROW) Data Management.

  • Mapping Risk Management Tools.

  • ATLAS Map and Cultural Resources Compliance.

  • Tools and Tips for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Budget Information.
