As the project management office director and senior project manager (PM), Peg is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily project team activities. Peg serves as the primary point of contact for the client, defining new requirements, supporting project meetings, preparing project status reports, reviewing and approving deliverables before submission, and supervising the work of all project staff. She also provides oversight of the overall GeoDecisions project portfolio and leads the PM team.
