Esri Story Map Cascade – Breathtaking Interactivity

There’s no doubt, our GeoDecisions team is ready to roll in San Diego this week for the Esri® Users Conference (UC). An amazing GIS learning experience, the UC truly offers something for everyone. One great example of this diversity is captured through storytelling.

From exploring San Diego and Crowdsource Story Maps (check out the 2016 UC Selfie and San Diego Cool) to marketing, infrastructure, and travelogues, Esri has developed amazing Story Map resources. Recently unveiled for example, the Story Map CascadeSM represents groundbreaking and magnificent interactives that visually engage and educate an audience.

Recently published in the Esri ArcGIS Blog, Story Maps Product Engineer Owen Evans introduces Story Map Cascade – a new storytelling app included in the June 2016 release of ArcGIS Online. He also highlights the basics of using the Story Map Cascade Builder to create sequential sections, describing how to stylize paragraphs, format text, and insert media.
