Today DOTs are managing complex transportation systems under constrained conditions and limited revenues. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in partnership with GeoDecisions developed a web-based and mobile application rooted in GIS to enhance the collaboration between districts, planning partners, and municipalities in their work to identify and address crucial infrastructure needs.
