Greg Ulp, MCP, Director of Government Delivery

Greg Ulp, MCP, has 30 years of experience in application and software analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and training. In addition to state and local government business development, he leads efforts to improve project delivery efficiency and manages Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) enterprise GIS initiatives.

For example, Greg oversaw the development of PennDOT’s new Traffic Data System (TDS), processing more than 275 million new traffic records per month. He directs GeoDecisions TransAnalyst application enhancements to enable non-GIS users to easily create, communicate, and integrate maps from a web browser.

Well-versed in programming languages and technologies, Greg holds a bachelor of science from the Pennsylvania State University. A Pennsylvania native, he lives in the Harrisburg area with his wife, Staci. An avid golfer away from the office, Greg enjoys competing at all levels.

Nathan Reck, Director of Government Solutions

With more than 16 years of government experience, Nate leads technical staff on projects and in developing standard practices. His GIS transportation experience includes planning, performance monitoring, safety and crash analysis, ITS, and maintenance and operations management systems. Nate also directs GeoDecisions' evolving transportation frameworks and applications.

Previously, Nate served as a technical architect working with transportation clients throughout the U.S. He has been instrumental in designing GeoDecisions’ Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) Analyst solutions for the Arizona Department of Transportation and the District of Columbia Department of Transportation. He also helped develop the Road Condition Reporting System (RCRS) and Roadside Spray Management Application (RoSA) at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), as well as several PennDOT GIS portals and VideoLog viewers. 

Active on the presentation circuit, Nate holds a bachelor of arts in geography with a minor in business administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
