GeoDecisions Announces Strategic Sales Leadership Positions
/Nate Reck and Bryan Kelley, PMP, Elevated to Key Leadership Roles
Marking the firm’s continued growth in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, GeoDecisions named Nate Reck vice president, growth leader, and Bryan Kelley, PMP, vice president, state and local government business development.
A living example of the career growth opportunities at GeoDecisions — a division of Gannett Fleming — Reck has served in numerous positions throughout his 23-year career. In his new role as a growth leader, he is responsible for promoting the firm’s diverse service offerings and developing new opportunities. He will drive strategy, leveraging our ability to provide multidisciplinary solutions with our Gannett Fleming engineering resources.
With an owner’s perspective, Kelley uses his insight regarding multifaceted organizations to develop creative solutions and implement enhanced technologies to solve business challenges. In his new state and local government business development role, his day-to-day responsibilities will focus on strategic growth, technical sales, and relationship management with agencies and organizations nationwide.
“This is an exciting time at GeoDecisions and Gannett Fleming,” said GeoDecisions president Brendan Wesdock, MCP, GISP. “Both Nate and Bryan are good leaders and are committed to continuously improve GeoDecisions and Gannett Fleming’s brand position within the AEC industry. Their demonstrated strategic sales approach made both promotions logical and easy transitions. Nate’s collaboration with our colleagues at Gannett Fleming will increase our ability to help our clients thrive. Bryan’s ability to understand the complexities of state agencies will strengthen relationships and continue to establish us as trusted advisors. I am eager to see how their critical roles will positively impact the company and the AEC industry.”
Reck is active with the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and earned his Bachelor of Arts in geography from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Kelley earned his Master of Arts in geography and his Bachelor of Science in cartography from Ohio University.
