Hammond-Smith will serve as a senior project manager, focusing on projects for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to help support GeoDecisions’ rapid growth in the region. The company’s reputation, professionalism, and project variety made her decision to join GeoDecisions a no-brainer.

Hammond-Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts in secondary education languages (French and Spanish) at Buffalo State University and has completed graduate coursework in organizational and industrial communication at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) through Prosci.
